I am an expat, a mother of two girls, have lived in different countries and simply love Groningen! In today’s busy and demanding lifestyle maintaining a healthy mind and body can be a real challenge - I know this well, it’s hard but it’s possible.
Since 2010, as a qualified Personal Trainer, I have been transforming my clients into fitter, healthier versions of themselves. With an MSc in sports and exercise nutrition, certification in TRX, Pilates, and boxercise, a specific focus on PreNatal, Pregnancy, and PostNatal concerns, and years of experience as a ski instructor and a behavior change coach, I will be there through every exercise and workout and we will get you to where you want to be.

A workout with your baby can be a welcome break in the middle of your day, an opportunity to spend some quality time with your baby or a great way to meet like minded people. The exercises will be functional, meaning they replicate movements (lifting, squatting, carrying) that you actually do during your everyday life. In addition to using your stroller we will do strength and cardio drills and use some equipment.

With seventeen years of ski instructing experience worldwide, I teach adults, children and special populations to ski. We improve technique and I help you explore the mountains and build confidence to reach new heights.
